DIRECTORS TEAM ASSISTANT
An opportunity to work at the heart of NGM supporting our Directors and being a part of their team.  This involves supporting projects such as Nancy Goudie’s Spiritual Health Weekends and The Prodigals, as well as assisting with the day to day work of NGM.  The role involves arranging meetings, taking minutes, making travel arrangements, liaising with other organisations and much more.  No qualifications needed and there is the chance to gain an NVQ in Administration with this role as well as the chance to gain valuable experience working in a variety of different areas.  Would suit a young, enthusiastic person with basic word and excel experience and good communication skills.

DANCE TUTOR
NGM is an exciting organization helping to influence and shape culture through music and the performing arts, specialising in short and long term training courses for 17- 26 year olds. We are looking for a dance tutor who can teach classical dance technique, ballet, and contemporary and musical theatre dance projects throughout our Academy courses.  The role will involve delivering dance classes on a weekly basis, and working alongside the training manager to ensure our dance courses are delivered to a high standard. You will also be involved in the audition process for prospective students, and be part of performance evaluations for monitoring development.

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
At NGM we have a state of the art £3 million arts training complex and a grade II listed house on site.  Both need care and upkeep and someone to ensure the facilities are kept up to NGM’s standard of excellence.  This role will involve a lot of practical work – painting, making small repairs, liaising with contractors for larger repairs.  We are looking for someone to love and care for the buildings – this role may suit someone who has taken early retirement or someone younger who loves hands on practical work.

INSPIRE MANAGER (Full Time)
A sales person full of initiative and drive is needed to help grow and multiply the work of Inspire. The role involves outworking the business plan for Inspire which includes: developing Inspire’s work in the education sector, our work with young offenders, and delivering a successful Live Performing Arts Academy for the South West. To service the wider community and business sector through musicals and presentations. To manage the Inspire Staff and Volunteers. (Inspire Manager form here)

FINANCE BUDGET MANAGER (Part Time)
We are looking to recruit someone part-time (one day per week) to come and assist in our finance department helping to oversee budgets etc. Experience in running budgets and/or accountancy would be essential. This post could be ideal for someone who is retired.

VIDEO EDITOR (Full Time or Part Time)
A creative worker with some previous video experience, to facilitate the digital media aspect of NGM’S productions and operations, including shooting and editing footage for broadcast and various digital distribution media, at NGM and on location, and producing promotional material for NGM departments on request. JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER (Full Time)
We are looking for someone with a passion for graphics who is wanting to learn more and develop their skills in this area, to come and work alongside our current graphic designer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has just left college who has basic skills and wants on-the-job experience to enhance their CV. Interested candidates should have basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop. Knowledge of Illustrator and basic HTML/web design are an asset but not essential.

MEMBERS FOR THE NEW BAND

We are searching for a guitarist, bassist, and a keyboard player but any other instrument would also be welcomed. As well as the musicians we need a singer/songwriter to front the band. We want people who want to develop their talent further whilst in a buzzing creative community surrounded by others who can help shape and develop them. We have a unique training course shaped around the band, included in this is ngm's fantastic discipleship, artist development sessions and much more. For ages 17-25.
