A Cream Tea Spectacular

A unique evangelistic weekend opportunity for your church!

Featuring:

Cream Tea on the Saturday afternoon with songs from our NGM artists, wellbeing tips and a short testimony from Nancy.

A chance for people to invite their non-Christian friends.

An opportunity for people to ask questions both to their friends and to the NGM team.

All at a low affordable cost which can be re-couped through ticket sales should you wish.

We want to partner with you to see lives transformed by the love and power of God and encourage people to a church event or to a church service who have never darkened the door of church previously.  Please do use this as one of your evangelistic events and seek to get your whole church involved.

In terms of venue, you can hold this in your church building or wherever you feel is best.  It would be great if people can sit round tables as it creates a good informal atmosphere. 

Marketing wise we can produce an image and a flyer specific to your venue which you can share with people. 

We will set up ticket sales online, but you will also be able to sell these directly as well.

For the Cream Teas we would ask that you as a church cover the cost of this, but you can do this however you like whether bulk buy from somewhere like Costco, or get from a bakery you know, you could also ask members of your church to make scones. Do this however you like but we would like it to be a nice treat for those coming. 

Technically if you can provide a technician and the equipment, we will bring all the backing tracks we need on a laptop.  This saves any extra costs from our end.  If this is a problem though, do talk to us as we may be able to provide someone.

Accommodation for Nancy and the team – we anticipate that there will be 4 in total in the team.  We would ask that you provide accommodation for us.  We are more than happy for this to be in host houses, we would however request Nancy is in the same house as Zoe, but she would need her own room.

Costs

We want to keep this affordable for people.  We will raise bursary funding if needed for people to attend.  We would anticipate charging £12 but would encourage people to buy a ticket for a friend as well.  We would need to sell around 60 – 80 tickets to cover our costs.  This is a leap of faith for us, and we would ask that you partner with us to see this event happen.  We will have bursary funding available for those who cannot afford tickets.  If you do not wish to charge and just want to pay for the event, we can let you know the cost of this.

We would also ask that you give a gift towards Nancys time for her speaking on the Sunday morning.
